These terms govern text messages between you and ProMed Consulting, LLC. When you contact us by text at our published number, or otherwise opt in, you may receive text messages from ProMed Consulting related to your inquiry, your account, scheduling, and our services. This is a conversational customer-care program; it is not a marketing or promotional texting program.
Messages include replies to your questions, confirmations and reminders, status updates, and information you have requested. Sample message: "Hi, this is ProMed Consulting following up on your inquiry. How can we help with your practice's operations?"
Message frequency may vary and depends on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan. ProMed does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
