ProMed Consulting, LLC ("ProMed," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to promed.la and to communications you have with us, including by phone, email, and text message.
We collect information you choose to give us, such as your name, business or practice name, email address, and phone number, along with the contents of your messages and inquiries. We also collect basic technical information when you visit our website, such as device and usage data, to keep the site working and secure.
If you contact us by text or opt in to receive text messages from ProMed Consulting, we use your mobile number only to send and respond to messages related to your inquiry and our services. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or rent your mobile information, and we do not share mobile opt-in or consent data for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business and communications, for example our website host, our messaging and telecommunications providers, and similar vendors, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to update or delete the information you have given us by contacting us at the email below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
